Automated Job Creation in Hoops CRM: Triggering via Keap Tag and Zapier HTTP Post Request.

Introduction:

In this automation setup, our developers at HikeBranding has explained that, when a tag is applied in Keap, an HTTP POST request is sent to Zapier, which triggers the creation of a new job in Hoops CRM. Once the job is created, the automation continues seamlessly within Hoops CRM. As the job’s status changes, Hoops’ built-in automation runs. It updates other relevant statuses based on predefined workflows. This streamlined process automatically synchronizes job progress and task management, saving time and reducing manual effort across multiple systems.
