- Only emails with specific queries or subjects are routed further to ensure relevance.
2) Router and Filters
- Using a router module, we filtered emails based on predefined conditions.
- This ensures that only important messages proceed, avoiding unnecessary notifications and clutter.
3) Slack Integration
- For each filtered email, a message is created in the designated Slack channel.
- The message includes all the email details and any attachments, keeping the team fully informed in real time.
4) Email Notifications
- Simultaneously, an email is sent to a specific recipient with the subject and message details.
- This guarantees that updates are never missed, even if team members are not actively monitoring Slack.
